The London Project presents a new menu and live music at the base of Ain Dubai for its grand opening

The long weekend line-up will include the debut of new food and beverage, offers on premium bubbles and an exciting showcase of live entertainment alongside unobstructed views of Ain Dubai’s opening firework and laser shows

Presenting front row seats to the glittering grand opening of Ain Dubai, the world’s highest observation wheel on October 21, The London Project on Bluewaters Island has revealed a brand new menu, the debut of its live band and a three-day special for half priced premium Laurent Perrier bubbles in celebration of the highly-anticipated launch extravaganza this coming long weekend.

Located at the foot of Ain Dubai, The London Project invites diners to enjoy dishes from its new menu paired with spectacular mixology from the Gin Garden, while taking in unobstructed views of Ain Dubai’s opening firework and laser shows. Not only will bottles of Laurent Perrier Champagne be served at half price, The London Project will reveal a signature Gin Wheel featuring five custom-made gin-based cocktails for the opening spectacle.

The London Project is located directly under Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island.

Guests can expect an energy-inducing atmosphere with live music by The London Project’s new jazz-duo comprising a singer and saxophonist who will perform a variety of music styles, both day and evening from October 21 to 23.

From the kitchen comes a new carefully curated menu that embraces the unique and desired flavours found in global cuisines, presented with flair. The raw bar welcomes guests to begin the culinary experience with new dishes such as gin-cured salmon sashimi with wasabi and sour cream, ceviche of Japanese king scallop with cucumber, onion, lime and chilli, Australian beef tartare with cured egg yolk and burnt onion puree, as well as locally-sourced Dibba Bay oysters with a choice of gin dressing.

Not-to-be missed entrées include glazed lamb rib with homemade honey, cumin and coriander, grilled wild tiger prawns with confit garlic, rosemary and sourdough, and lobster brioche rolls with bisque aioli.

For a lighter bite, international tastes ignite with salads like Moroccan chicken couscous with dried apricot, pistachios and whipped yoghurt, or flavour-packed Thai duck salad with nam jin dressing.

For the main event, Champagne-battered Chilean seabass and chips, or hand-cut pappardelle with melt-in-the-mouth short rib are sure to impress, as is the indulgent Boston lobster with garlic butter and béarnaise sauce, or the fillet sausage roll with burnt shallot and truffle jus – an ode to The London Project’s home city.

With both indoor and outdoor terrace seating, The London Project offers awe-inducing views of Ain Dubai, the waters of the Gulf, and the city’s sparkling skyline – presenting a front row seat to the event that will put Bluewaters Island on the global stage.

The London Project is located at the foot of Ain Dubai on Bluewaters Island, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is open daily from 12pm to 12am on weekdays, and 12pm – 1am on weekends, however, in celebration of Ain Dubai’s launch, opening hours will extend till 3am on Thursday and Friday.
