Presenting both canapé-style soirées and sit-down dinners for festivities throughout November and December, The London Project welcomes parties of all sizes to celebrate the season
With the festive season upon us, The London Project on Bluewaters Island has revealed its indulgent collection of Christmas party menus and packages, now available through to December 24.
Located in one of the city’s most stunning dining destinations, under the dazzling newly-opened Ain Dubai, The London Project is pulling out all the stops this holiday season with Christmas party packages available for celebrations of all sizes.
Bringing all the sparkle needed to get in the spirit of things, The London Project’s ‘Bites and Beverages’ package welcomes guests to enjoy a two-hour canapé-style gathering with free-flow beverages and choice of five finger foods for AED 250 per person. Presented in a warming, festive atmosphere, mouthwatering canapés include truffle lamb sausage rolls in flaky pastry, smoked salmon with pomegranate gin caviar & crème fraiche, braised short rib pressed sandwich, and roasted fig with burrata & truffle honey, plus plenty more to choose from.
Sit down lunch and dinner parties are also available, inviting diners to delight in a lavish three-course menu paired with free-flow beverages for two hours at AED 375 per person, or AED 650 per person for three hours with premium beverages and additional food options.
Festive flavours will flow from the kitchen to create tailor-made menus suited to all taste preferences. For sit down festivities, guests can select from entrées including hand-cut beef tartare with burnt onion & salted egg yolk, king prawn & cod cakes, or heirloom tomato & burrata salad, among other tempting dishes to whet their appetites.
Specially-curated festive mains ensue, with dishes such as fillet sausage roll with charred shallot, heritage baby carrots, smoked mash and truffle jus, or Champagne-battered Chilean seabass with tartare sauce to choose from. Equally tempting options include Scottish Salmon with caviar burre blanc, and olive-fed chicken with crispy potatoes, brown chicken jus and heritage baby carrots – all served with sharing sides of smoked butter mash, chargrilled broccolini and fried Brussel sprouts.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without an indulgent array of desserts, and guests are sure to delight in sweets of lemon tart, steamed Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise, and a selection of filled chocolate truffles.
With both indoor and outdoor terrace seating, The London Project offers awe-inducing views of Ain Dubai, the waters of the Gulf, and the city’s sparkling skyline – setting the stage for a festive celebration to remember. To complete the experience, Christmas party guests are also able to request décor set-up and live entertainment as per their requirements.
